Lauren GRABACK

Lauren's passion for interior design ignited in her childhood home in New Jersey, nestled in the vibrant backdrop of New York City. At just five years old, she was captivated as she watched her father craft their family's home, sparking a lifelong fascination with design.

Throughout her formative years, Lauren delved deeper into the realm of interior design, immersing herself in internships with local firms and enriching her knowledge through summer courses at Parson’s School of Design. Her dedication culminated in a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from High Point University, where she further honed her skills.

An integral part of Lauren's journey was her involvement in the renowned High Point Furniture Market, where she gained invaluable insights and experiences each spring and fall, solidifying her conviction in her chosen path.

Fueling her creativity is a passion for travel, which has exposed her to the breathtaking fusion of tradition and modernity in destinations such as Italy, France, and England. These experiences have become the cornerstone of her design philosophy, infusing her projects with a timeless elegance and cultural richness.

In 2019, Lauren founded Studio Piacere. Since then, she has left her mark on an array of projects, ranging from captivating restaurant spaces to personalized residences across Central Florida and the New York Tri-State area. With an unwavering commitment to excellence and a keen eye for detail, Lauren brings dreams to life, one impeccably designed space at a time.

Studio Piacere

Piacere (Pea-uh-chair-eh) is an Italian word that translates to “to be pleasing.” It is often used after making an acquaintance for the first time. Similar to “pleased to meet you” in English. Here at Studio Piacere, it is important that you are pleased to meet your spaces the first, and every time, you enter them.

Studio Piacere was founded by Principal Designer, Lauren Graback, with the mission of creating interiors to celebrate life's simple pleasures, milestones, victories & everything in between. Some of life’s most special moments are experienced amidst il dolce far niente (the sweetness of doing nothing). Whether it be your morning cup of coffee or a room filled with laughter from loved ones around your dinner table, we’re here to create the perfect setting for those moments.

Studio Piacere recognizes that each client’s design goals are unique. We take the time to familiarize ourselves with our clients in order to deliver a bespoke product best suited to their needs. In addition, our extensive industry experience allows us to offer thoughtful solutions, ensuring the design process is as smooth as possible.

Our work has been featured on Travel Channel’s Man V. Food, Serena & Lily, Mansion in May Designer Showhouse 2023, and was awarded first place in the remodel category at 2022’s Orlando Parade of Homes.
